• Principal Private Secretary (PPS): Stenographers in Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Courts or District Courts or Statutory/Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits. Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; or With six years regular service in the parent cadre or department in posts in Level-8 of the Pay Matrix; or With seven years regular service in the parent cadre or department in posts in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix. Knowledge in computer operation (Desirable).

• Tribunal Officer/Section Officer: Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; or Post in the Level-5 of the Pay Matrix (Rs 29200-92300) with five years regular service in the grade; and Degree of a recognized University; and Having 2 years experience in personnel, administrative or judicial work. Degree in Law (Desirable).

• Assistant: Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; or Upper Division Clerk in level-4 of the pay Matrix (Rs. 25500-81100) with 10 years regular service in the grade. Possessing Degree from recognized University; and Having 2 years experience in establishment, administration or Accounts.

• Tribunal Master/Stenographers Grade-I: The analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; or Post in the level 4 of pay matrix (Rs. 25500-81100) with 10 years regular service in the grade.

• Junior Accounts Officer: Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or With six years service in level-5 of the pay Matrix (Rs. 29200-92300) within rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis; and Undergone training in cash and accounts work in the institute of Secretarial Training and Management or an equivalent course from a recognized institute and having two years experience of cash accounts and budget work.

• Junior Accountant: Holding analogous post on regular basis. Five years regular service in the level-4 of the pay Matrix (Rs. 25500-81100); and Possessing Bachelor's Degree from recognized University.

• Stenographer Grade-II: 12th class pass or equivalent form a recognised Board or University. Skill Test Norms: on Computer. Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute. Transcription: 50 minutes (English); 65 minutes (Hindi). Computer Training courses of at least six months duration. Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or statutory bodies or courts.

• UDC: Holding analogous post on regular basis, or Holding the post in the pay band-1, Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs.1900 with 8 years regular service. Officials from Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory bodies or Courts.

• LDC: 12th class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or University; A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer(35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 key Depression per Hour/9000 Key Depression Per Hour on an average of 05 key depressions for each word). (Time allowed- 10 minutes). Computer training course of at least six months duration; Officers processing the qualifications given as Essential and holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or statutory bodies or courts.

• Data Entry Operator: 12th class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution or board or equivalent; Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology or computer field, and Knowledge of data entry or computer operation (should possess a speed of not less than 8000 key depression per hour for data entry work). Officers from the Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory Bodies or Courts: (i) holding analogous post on regular basis or (ii) holding posts in the pay band-I Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs1900, with two years regular service in the grade and possessing the qualifications.

• Staff Car Driver: 10th standard pass from a recognised Board, (ii) Experience of driving a motorcar for at least three years, (iii) Possessing a valid driving licence for motorcars; (iv) Knowledge of motor mechanism (should be able to remove minor-defects in vehicle). On the results of a test in driving, designed to adjudge suitability for the post with reference to the standards of competence considered essential in drivers of staff cars from amongst; (a) Persons holding analogous posts of staff car drivers in Ministries or Departments of the Central Government or "State Government or Tribunals or commissions or Statutory Bodies or Courts on regular basis and possess qualifications given as Essential: or (b) Regular Despatch Rider (Group 'C') in the pay band-I Rs.5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs.1900, who possess qualifications given as Essential and possessing a valid Driving License for Motor Cars; or (c) Regular group 'C' employees in the pay band- 1 Rs 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs.1800, with three years experience of the Central Government or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory Bodies or Courts located where the concerned Bench of the Tribunal is functioning and possess:

• Library Attendant: 10th standard pass or equivalent of any recognized Board; and Experience of working at least one year in a recognized or registered Library. From amongst the Group 'C' staff in Pay Band-I (Rs 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs. 1800), with one year regular service in the grade in Central Government, Armed Forces or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory bodies or Courts or Armed Forces Tribunal and who possess the qualifications and experience prescribed as Essential and have rendered three years regular service in the capacity.

• Despatch Rider: 10th standard pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or equivalent with ability to read English and Hindi or Regional language of the area in which the Tribunal is situated. Possessing a valid driving licence for motor cycle or scooter or auto rickshaw and experience of driving such vehicle for at least three years. Having knowledge of mechanism of motor cycle or scooter or auto rickshaw and should be able to remove minor defects in such vehicle. On the results of a test in driving, designed to adjudge suitability for the post with reference to the standards of competence considered essential in drivers of motor cycles or scooters, from amongst the regular (i) Persons possessing the qualifications mentioned as Essential and holding analogous posts in the Central Government or Armed Forces or State Government or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory Bodies or Courts.
