1. Visit the official website: bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and click on the ‘Online Portal of BSFCSC Ltd.’ link.

2. Step 1 – Registration: Click ‘Click here for Registration’, fill in your details including email ID and mobile number, and complete registration to get a Registration Number and Password.

3. Step 2 – Basic Details: Login with Registration Number and Password, fill in Basic Details and click ‘Save & Next’.

4. Step 3 – Educational Qualification Details: Fill in required educational qualification entries and click ‘Save & Next’.

5. Step 4 – Experience Details: Fill in experience details and click ‘Save & Next’.

6. Step 5 – Upload Photo & Signature: Upload scanned photo and signature as per specifications.

7. Step 6 – Preview Application: Review all entered information. Click ‘Final Submit’ after verifying and checking the declaration box.

8. Step 7 – Payment of Examination/Counselling Fee: Pay the fee online via UPI or other available online payment modes (processing charges may apply). Fee once paid is non-refundable.

BSFC Important Instructions

• Candidates must be Indian citizens.

• If any incorrect entry is made while filling the online application, candidates may log in with their Registration Number and Password and use the "Edit Details" link to correct it, only between 26 September 2026 and 28 September 2026.

• While correcting entries, candidates must click "Save & Next" at every step, review the changes at the Preview stage, tick the declaration checkbox, and click "Final Submit" again - otherwise the edited data will not be considered valid, and the originally submitted data will be treated as final.

• No correction will be allowed outside the 26–28 September 2026 window; candidates will themselves be responsible for any incorrect entries left uncorrected.

• If a correction results in a change in the applicable fee, candidates must pay the fee difference online.

• Incompletely filled or improperly edited applications will be rejected.
