Consultant (Taxation):
Chartered Accountant (Member of ICAI) with minimum 5 years experience in Taxation & its management, preferably in Educational Institutions.
Sound knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Government Financial Rules, etc.
Estimator:
Two Years Civil Draftsman Course from ITI OR Three Years Diploma in Civil/Architectural Assistantship.
Punjabi up to Matric standard.
Physiotherapist:
Master Degree in Physiotherapy with at least 50% marks OR Bachelor Degree with 55% marks.
Punjabi up to Matric standard.
Watch & Ward Supervisor:
Ex-Junior Commissioned Officer (not below Subedar-Major) or retired Police Inspector.
Punjabi up to Matric standard.
Clerk-cum-Junior Data Entry Operator:
BCA/B.Sc.(IT)/B.Sc.(Computer Science) with 50% marks OR Graduation + PGDCA OR B.Tech/BE with Computer Science OR Master’s in Computer Science/IT with 50% marks.
Punjabi up to Matric standard.
Security Guard:
Ex-Servicemen from Defence Forces / CAPF / Police.
Matric with Punjabi. Age up to 52 years.
Age Limit: As per Punjab Government rules (upper age limit relaxable as per category).

Selection will be based on Written Test / Practical Test / Interview as applicable for the post. For some posts, there will be Written + Practical Test.
How to Apply for Guru Nanak Dev University Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026
Step-1: Pre Registration Process (SIGNUP)
Click on “Pre Registration” option under the ‘Online Registration’ menu.
Step 1.1: Select the Advertisement No.
Step 1.2: Select the Name of the Post
Step 1.3: Fill Basic Details
Step 1.4: Enter valid Mobile Number and Email ID
Step 1.5: Create a Password
After successful pre-registration, a unique Registration ID will be generated and sent to your registered email. This Registration ID will be used as Login ID for further steps.
Step-2: Fill Registration Form
Login using the Registration ID and Password.
Click on “Fill Registration Form”.
For ‘A’ Class Posts:
Enter Personal Details
Enter Employment/Education Details
Enter Publication/Experience Details
Enter Other Information Details
Enter Score Card Details
For all other Posts:
Enter Personal Details
Enter Employment/Education Details
Enter Other Information Details
Preview the form, verify all details, and proceed.
Note: One Registration Form is valid for one designation only.
Step-3: Lock the Registration Form
After filling and previewing, Lock the Registration Form.
Once locked, no changes or editing will be allowed in the form.
Step-4: Apply for the Post
For Regular Posts:
Select Campus/Station and Department/Subject.
Click on “Apply for the Post” button.
Repeat the process for additional Campus/Department (if allowed).
For Contractual Posts:
Select Department/Subject.
Select multiple Campuses/Stations and give preference order.
Click on “Apply for the Post”.
You can view all applied posts under ‘View Posts Applied’.
Step-5: Pay Application Fee
Ensure you have applied for all desired posts.
Go to “Pay Application Fee” under ‘Application Form’ menu.
Pay through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking.
After successful payment, no changes will be allowed in the submitted form.
Step-6: Print Application Form
Take printout of all submitted Application Forms using ‘Print Application’ option.
Keep a copy for your reference.
Documents to be Sent (Hard Copy):
Printout of Online Application Form (with photo)
Self-attested copies of Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificates, Category Certificate, etc.
Keep one copy with yourself.
