GMRCL Non-Executives 2026 Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the date of notification. The post-wise minimum educational qualification requirements are as follows:

• Station Controller/Train Operator (SC/TO), Jr. Engineer: Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline. Candidates with Degree in the same discipline are also eligible.

• Maintainer Posts: SSLC pass with Two Years ITI in relevant trade (Fitter / Electrician / Electronics).

Medical Standards: Candidates must meet the prescribed medical standards (A-1 / A-3 / B-1 category) as per Indian Railway Medical Manual.

GMRCL Non-Executives 2026 Recruitment - Pay & Emoluments

After successful completion of training & probation, candidates will be placed in IDA Pay Scales (₹33,000-1,00,000 for SC/TO & JE and ₹20,000-60,000 for Maintainers).

GMRCL Non-Executives 2026 Recruitment - Age Limit & Relaxation

Age Limit (as on date of advertisement):

• Station Controller/Train Operator & Junior Engineer: 18 to 28 Years

• Maintainer: 18 to 25 Years

Age Relaxation:

• SEBC, EWS, SC & ST Male (Gujarat origin): 5 years

• SEBC, EWS, SC & ST Women (Gujarat origin): 10 years

• Women (Unreserved): 5 years

• Ex-Servicemen: Length of service + 3 years (max up to 45 years)

3. Select the GMRCL O&M Non-Executives Recruitment 2026 advertisement from the drop-down menu.

4. Click on “Apply” or “Apply Now” against the advertisement.

5. If you already have a One Time Registration (OTR) number, enter your OTR Number and Date of Birth to auto-fill your details. If you do not have an OTR number, click on “SKIP” or register fresh by filling in your personal details (Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Category, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID, Aadhaar Number, Educational Qualification, etc.). An OTR number will be generated and sent to your registered mobile and email.

6. Fill up all the required details carefully in the online application form.

7. Upload your recent passport size colour photograph and signature as per the prescribed specifications (Photograph: max 15 KB, Signature: max 15 KB).

8. Carefully preview all the details filled in the application form. Make corrections if needed before final submission. No changes will be allowed after submission.

10. Proceed to the Payment section and pay the applicable application fee online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI, or Wallet.
