  • Recruitment will be conducted as per Karnataka Civil Services (General Recruitment) Rules and Karnataka Subordinate Courts (Ministerial and Other Posts) Recruitment Rules 1982 and Amendment Rules 2007 and 2021.

  • Project-Displaced reservation: certificate from the concerned Tahsildar, per Government Order No. SiAsu/44/SeNeNi/2001 dated 27-07-2001

  • Ex-Servicemen: discharge/release certificate from military service

  • Widows, bonded-labour-freed persons, and other age-relaxation claimants: certificate from the competent authority

  • "Other" (third gender) category: certificate from the competent authority, per Section 6 of The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019

  • Educational certificates (SSLC or equivalent), all mark sheets/semester certificates, and degree/certificate confirming the position claimed

Note: Reservation certificates claimed must be valid as on the closing date of application. Original documents must be produced for verification when called.
