HRRL Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil essential educational qualification and work experience (wherever applicable) as on the cut-off date 13.05.2026. All qualifications must be full-time regular courses from AICTE-approved/UGC-recognized universities. Part-time, correspondence, or distance learning qualifications are not eligible. Candidates in their final year/semester whose results are awaited by the cut-off date are not eligible. For E0 positions (Jr. Executive - Chemical, Mechanical, Fire & Safety), candidates possessing higher professional qualifications such as BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, M.Sc, Ph.D, etc. are NOT eligible.

The selection comprises Computer Based Test (CBT), Skill Test, and Personal Interview - all elimination rounds. Candidates qualifying in Skill Test are referred to Personal Interview. Physical Fitness Efficiency Test and Pre-Employment Medical Examination are additionally applicable for E0 positions.

Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a service bond to serve for a minimum of 3 years. Bond amount: Rs. 3,00,000/- for General candidates; Rs. 50,000/- for EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwBD candidates (applicable to all grades E0 to E5). A retention amount of Rs. 3,000/month (E0) and Rs. 5,000/month (E1-E5) will be deducted during the probation period and released after 3 years without interest.

Probation: One year from date of joining, extendable as per company policy.
