A total of 60 vacancies have been announced for Permanent Commission in Technical Branches of the Indian Navy. Candidates must give their preference of Mechanical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering during online application. Based on merit and qualification during training at INA, 07 candidates from Mechanical Engineering will be streamed to B.Tech in Naval Architecture & Shipbuilding at NCW, Kochi. Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme 2026 - Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the date of application. Only unmarried men and women fulfilling the conditions of nationality as laid down by the Government of India are eligible. Any candidate found to be married or who marries while under training will be discharged from service and shall be liable to refund full training cost including pay, allowances and any other expenditure incurred by the Government.

JEE (Main) 2026 Requirement

Must have appeared for JEE (Main) 2026 exam (for B.E./B.Tech). Call up for SSB will be issued on the basis of JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) 2026 published by NTA. Candidates must fill their CRL Rank in the application.

Medical Standards

All candidates recommended by SSB must undergo medical examination applicable to 10+2 (B.Tech) entry. Candidates already declared medically fit for NDA/INA Jan 27 need not repeat medical examination. Narcotics

Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme 2026 - Selection Process
