• Qualification: Fresh Law Graduate / Post Graduate from a University/College recognised by the Bar Council of India; Students in 5th year of 5-year Law course or Final year of 3-year Law course also eligible; Must have passed all examinations in first attempt with at least 60% aggregate marks; Candidates pursuing Post Graduate Degree in Law or any programme requiring compulsory attendance are not eligible.

• Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000/- per month (Consolidated Honorarium/Stipend)

Educational Qualification

Candidates must fulfil the following educational qualification requirements:

• Fresh Law Graduates or Post Graduates from a University/College recognized by the Bar Council of India are eligible.

• Students studying in the 5th year of a 5-year Law course or final year of a 3-year Law course are also eligible, subject to passing the final year LL.B examination before engagement.

Marks Requirement
