Selection Process

Selection will be made through Written Test followed by Document Scrutiny.

• Written Test: 125 objective type questions carrying 1 mark each (total 125 marks). Duration: 2.5 Hours. No negative marking.

• PwBD candidates will be given compensatory time of 50 minutes.

• Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50% for UR/EWS (45% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts).

• Weightage: 100% for Written Test.

• Document Scrutiny: After declaration of Written Test result, only the documents uploaded by candidates during online application will be scrutinized by RITES Ltd.

• Candidates must upload all required documents at the time of online application. No additional documents will be accepted later.

• Final selection is subject to verification of original documents, medical fitness, and fulfillment of all eligibility criteria.

• Offer of appointment is purely on contract basis (initially 1 year, extendable subject to performance and project requirement).

• Posting can be anywhere in India (including North-Eastern region) as per company requirement.

How to Apply

Application Mode: Only Online through RITES website

• Visit the Career Section on http://www.rites.com and register.

• Fill the online application form carefully and note down the generated Registration No.

• Upload all required documents (listed below) in the “Upload Document” section.

• Make online payment of application fee in the “Make Payment” section.

• Download and keep a printout/soft copy of the final submitted application for future reference.

• Candidates must carry the printed application and original documents at the time of selection (if called).

Documents to be Uploaded (mandatory):

• High School certificate (Date of Birth proof)

• All academic certificates & mark sheets (10th, 12th, Diploma/Degree)

• Percentage conversion certificate (if applicable)

• Experience certificates (in single PDF, chronological order with offer letter, relieving letter, salary slips etc.)

• Category certificate (EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD) in prescribed format

• Proof of Identity & Address (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID etc.)

• Any other supporting document claimed in the application

General Instructions

• Management reserves the right to cancel/restrict/enlarge/modify the recruitment process at any stage without notice.

• Number of vacancies may increase or decrease.

• Departmental candidates and candidates working in Govt./PSU must be properly relieved before joining.

• Age, experience and all eligibility criteria are reckoned as on 27-04-2026.
