Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a graduate degree in Engineering in one of the prescribed branches as of 18 September 2026. The result of the required qualification must have been officially declared by the university on or before this date.

Age Limit

The age of applicants will be calculated as of 1 July 2026.

Age Relaxation

Employees of corporations and municipalities are not eligible for the age relaxation available to Telangana State Government employees.

Selected candidates appointed as Manager (Engineering) will receive a pay scale of Rs. 54,220 to Rs. 1,33,630.

Local Reservation

TGPSC HMWSSB Manager Selection Process

Selection Procedure:

• Written Examination (Objective Type): Conducted via CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) or OMR-based offline mode as decided by the Commission.

• Paper-I: General Studies and General Abilities – 150 Questions, 150 Marks, 150 Minutes (Bilingual: English & Telugu).

• Paper-II: Concerned Subject (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / ECE / CSE-IT Engineering) – 150 Questions, 300 Marks, 150 Minutes (English).

• Total Marks: 450.

• Qualifying Marks: OC, Sportspersons & EWS – minimum 40%; BCs – minimum 35%; SCs, STs & PHs – minimum 30%.

• Merit List: Candidates selected in order of merit as per rank against vacancies in the concerned Engineering Branch, confined to Multi Zone-II only.

• Tie-breaking: Local status, date of birth, subject paper marks, date of passing qualifying exam, percentage in qualifying exam, higher qualification, and date/percentage of higher qualification are considered in order.

• Medical Fitness: Appointment subject to medical examination.
