• The examination fee is Rs. 100 for one subject paper, payable at the time of submitting the online application.

• For every additional subject paper opted, an additional Rs. 100 must be paid per subject paper.

The Combined Technical Services Examination (Diploma/ITI) is conducted as a single-stage written examination, followed by onscreen certificate verification, physical certificate verification, and counselling (wherever applicable).

• Total marks considered for final selection: 450 (Part B and Part C of Paper I, plus Paper II).

• Minimum qualifying marks in Part A of Paper I (Tamil Eligibility Test) is 40% (60 marks); Part B and Part C are evaluated only if this qualifying mark is achieved.

• Differently abled candidates can claim exemption from Part A (Tamil Eligibility Test) by declaring this in the online application.
